Our Developmental Support Workers provide services for youth, adults and their families who display behavioural, psychological, developmental, and emotional concerns. They excel at establishing and maintaining therapeutic rapport with clients and their families and peers.

The Specialized Support Workers implement programs and consistently communicate with families and members of the team to develop the most person-centered plan to meet the needs and goals of all individuals. We also provide non-medical home care services to seniors who require assistance with daily living and wish to maintain a quality life in the comfort of their homes.

Our Developmental Support Workers possess professional education of the field or a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. They hold complete vulnerable sector screening and maintain ministry approved training under crisis prevention and intervention training, safe management, UMAB, First-Aid and CPR and are also regularly screened under health and medical process.

Our Behaviour Support Workers have extensive experience specific to managing challenging behaviour. Our associates possess brilliant documentation and individual planning skills according to one’s needs. They also hold excellent interpersonal communication skills to implement it.

Our core management team provides consistent support and checks in with our front-line workers on a regular basis to ensure continuous progression in our services. Our primary directive is to ensure and maintain client safety, security and well being.
